Connor Belken

Assistant Coach, Iowa City West Girls Track & Field / XC

Connor Belken joins the West High Girls Track & Field Staff in 2026 and is coming off a successful track & field career at the University of Iowa. Coach Belken will primarily help the Trojans in our sprint events.

While at Iowa, Connor ran the third leg of the 2024 B1G Champion Outdoor 4x400 team. Connor owns a personal best of 46.98 in the 400m and 21.56 in the 200m. Connor is currently training for the US Olympic Trials and is a trainer at D1 Training in Coralville.

In high school, Connor ran on the conference and state champion 4x200m relay for Dubuque Wahlert.
